Appreciative Coaching Certification: An innovative approach to accompanying people
IDEIA Academy invites you to participate in the Specialization in Appreciative Inquiry Coaching, facilitated by Miriam Subirana, PhD, and certified with 25 CCE from the International Coaching Federation.
The Appreciative Coaching certification deals with the accompaniment process supported within the framework of Appreciative Inquiry. It is a powerful method to energize positive change in individuals and teams, empowering them to discover, expand and sustain the roots of success, create compelling and magnetic images of their desired future, and design specific plans to achieve their dream.
Appreciative Inquiry coaching takes special care to align the support of the client’s network of relationships and social network so that they contribute to their learning, share their dreams and support their positive change.
